The behind the scenes of cheese making is not so glamorous.
Most people see the finished cheese board.
What they don’t see is the amount of cleaning behind the curtain to make sure every batch meets the quality standards we believe in.
As Rufus says, “There is no romance in milking cows at 4:00am.”
And there’s not much romance in scrubbing vats, sanitizing tools, and deep cleaning equipment either. 😉
But this part matters.
Clean tools make happy cultures… and good cheese has never come from cutting corners. 🧀
