Whimsy Cakes requires a $10.00 down payment on Shower cakes, Birthday cakes, Anniversary Cakes and other small event cakes. A $50.00 deposit is re

quired for wedding cakes. All deposits are to be recived atleast one week prior to the completion date of the cake. Failer to do so will result in NO CAKE! I will send confirmation emails 2 to 3the weeks prior to the completion date if i do not get a response this will result in NO CAKE and a non refundable deposit. If we set up a meet time and you do not show up the deposit is non refundable. Whimsy Cakes is not responsible for anything that happends to any cake after delivery and set up. I take pride in my work and always deliver and set up with the upmost care for the cakes and customers.
