Late update!

Your favorite spa patient chip.. won’t be reintegrated in 2 weeks 🫣

She was looking a bit pale today so we had the vet check her out.. most everything looks good but she’s a teeny tiny bit anemic.

Her foot also healed a little weird and is still swollen... so she’s back on antibiotics and they’re pricing some laser treatment… laser treatment??? For chicken feet? This is wild.

I’ll have to update when I find out more about this 🤣

We had to go to tractor supply to get her some Rooster Booster Poultry Cell to try to get her blood cell counts back to normal and get her feeling better. So really it’s her fault we got more chicks??

Anyways.. here’s your girl with her flavored water

Good news is she gets her stitches out today, bad news is there is no stopping her. 😅

2 more weeks of egg withdrawal and we can start reintegrating her with the flock!

The storm rolling through made it so dark that the coop door said it was time to close 🫣

Even though they have a covered run, that storm was pretty intense so when I went to check on everyone they’re all pretty soggy.

Sorry ladies!

They’re all tucked away inside early now 🫶
