Additionally, Embrace The Grind: Costa Rica is a coffee milk stout using house roasted Costa Rican beans by Live Fiercely Coffee!

Time to unwind and kick this keg of Eschweiler Pils. Goals……a fresh batch is capped and starting the lagering process. Going to be a bit before we can share this one again.

Our first beer brewed onsite is now on tap! Wit Happens! is an American witbier brewed with barley, wheat and our favorite clean wheat yeast strain. Additions of sweet orange peel and India Coriander make this 5.5% abv brew a delightful sunny day libation.

Batch #3 also is lautering to the kettle as we pilot our new PNW hop contracts into a hazy ipa today and west coast ipa tomorrow in batch #4.

We should be launching an expanded menu this week as well! Exciting times at Lombardi!
