We're closing down 11th Street on September 12 to celebrate five years of brewing in Milwaukee: all three limited anniversary beers on tap and package up to take home with you, food trucks, a makers market, and DJs spinning vinyl all afternoon.

New Release: CW Pilsner
Exclusively at the Milwaukee taproom this weekend.
We've added a new crispy boi to our CW series, available exclusively in the Milwaukee taproom this weekend.

CW Pilsner is a Czech-style lager featuring balanced hoppy and bready notes in the glass.

We're pouring it on the imported Czech Lukr faucet for an added touch of authenticity.

Grab a pour in the Milwaukee taproom today, and we know you'll be grabbing a 4-pack to take with you, it's that good!

The Milwaukee 5th Anniversary Party is one month from today, Saturday, September 12, noon to 4PM on 11th Street and the beer garden in Milwaukee. We're closing down 11th Street to celebrate five years of brewing in Milwaukee: three limited anniversary beers, food trucks, a makers market, commemorative t-shirts, DIY tie dye stand, and DJs spinning vinyl all afternoon.

The first of the three beers has just been revealed!

S'mores Stout, a bourbon barrel aged stout with natural flavor added, is one of the three.

Over the last five years in Milwaukee, we've brewed multiple stout recipes and racked them into various spirit barrels to age.

For our 5th anniversary, we wanted to release a barrel aged stout unique enough to stand on its own.

We blended our Imperial Stout, Smoked Stout, and Fat Elvis Stout recipes from multiple barrel seasons.

We folded this cuvee together with the flavors of s'mores to evoke the experience of sitting around a campfire while enjoying this tasty treat.

S'mores Stout will be available in 4-pks of 12oz cans and on tap in Milwaukee starting at noon on the second Saturday in September.

Happy Heron Pale Ale

Happy Heron is a throwback to the early days of Central Waters, one of our original beers brought back from the Archives. It carries all the classic flavors you know and love, but brewed with modern hopping techniques that coax the most out of the hops, making them expressive on the nose and across the palate.

Starting today, Happy Heron will be available exclusively in Milwaukee for the next two weeks, on tap and in 4-packs of 16-ounce cans to go.
