I’ve worked so hard, poured so much love into this, and I’m finally ready to share it with you all. In just 3 days, my very first cookbook, Delectable Recipes Vol. 1 by Chef Claire, will officially be dropping. 🥹✨
This cookbook is deeply dedicated to my Grandma Dena — the woman who inspired my passion for cooking, flavor, love, and feeding people from the soul. Every recipe inside carries a piece of my heart, my memories, and my growth.
I wanted these recipes to feel like home while still giving luxury, flavor, and comfort. Everything is beginner-friendly, affordable, easy to follow, and made with real love. From rich fall-off-the-bone oxtails to sweet peach cobbler and signature dishes you all know me for… I promise it’s going to be worth the wait. 🤎
