My tomatoes mixed tonight. I will keep it in freezer for winter and spring time. This is my favorite dish when I am tired and lazy to cook. I will eat them with my rice. The ingredients that I put in

I baked my tomatoes to melt them and smooth. Then I baked shallots, garlics, ginger, and spicy chili. I mixed everything together to smooth, then I add salt , chicken flavor and the tomatoes together. I test ask what I like then I will put into small container and keep into freezer.
