Cassian Sunset returns!

This bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout brings together the bold flavors of dark malt and the deep complexities of barrel aging. The beer’s rich, velvety mouthfeel coats the palate, offering a luxurious drinking experience that’s smooth yet full-bodied. As you take each sip, the aging process imparts hints of bourbon-soaked oak, with a subtle warmth that lingers in the background.

Infused with locally sourced Emy J's coffee, this stout adds an aromatic depth that elevates its dark profile. The coffee complements the beer’s roasty malt base, bringing a roasted richness that harmonizes with the barrel character. Whole vanilla beans further enhance the complexity, imparting a smooth, sweet undertone that balances the coffee and malt.

To top it all off, the addition of cinnamon introduces a delicate spice that ties the elements together. The cinnamon’s warmth mingles effortlessly with the other flavors, adding just the right amount of creamy spice character. The seventh release in a series of collaborations with breweries from around the country to bring Voltron to life, Voltron Volume Seven is a juicy, hazy IPA brewed with BKS Artisan Ales from Kansas City, Missouri. A malt base composed of pale malt, white wheat, CaraPils and flaked oats serves as a springboard for intense aromas and flavors of passion fruit, melon, peach, tangy citrus and lychee provided by aggressive hopping with Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy and Citra hops and DynaBoost Citra, an oil-enriched hop extract that amplifies aromatics. | 6.5% ABV
