Not what you were thinking? It’s okay, neither was …that’s why we are dropping a cold brew flight that satisfies both sides of the holiday. 🍃☕️

Spring Hours.

Hey y’all get excited we start our spring hours again today! Now open 7am-5pm on the daily over at Jackson St. on the Eastside. Kitchen hours are 8-3 weekdays and 7-4 on the weekends.

Thankful.

We cannot thank enough for welcoming us at the MARN ART + CULTURE HUB in the Third Ward. As we prepare to open our new Bay View location, we’re looking forward to exploring ways that MARN and Interval can continue to collaborate.

Our last service will be Monday March 20th as we help MARN transition into operating the food and beverage programs themselves.

Pop Up Menu.

Starting Tuesday We Have a Lil Pop Up Menu on the Bar at The Shops available for next few weeks before we launch our Spring Menu.

This first drink featured here is an homage to days of our youth “The PB&J”

We take peanut butter washed cold brew , a house saffron/rose/ cacao tincture, and combine that with a Concord grape shrub we make for this fun yet balanced cold brew drink. This one goes down too easy. Come Tuesday and check it out along with the others.

Y’all it may be cold outside but it’s warm in here. This is your friendly reminder to support the spots you love even when it’s crazy cold out and lots of snow has touched the ground. Weekend Vibes.

Y’all we did it! We made it thru the week. Now get over to one of our spots and treat yourself! You freaking deserve it. Pouring tasty treats until 4pm on the Eastside or 8pm in Third Ward.

Neighborly.

Our main staple on espresso, batched on drip, or cold brew on the daily. This blend is currently comprised of Peru, Colombia & Guatemalan coffees all washed process. We find milk chocolate, red fruit and a nice malic acidity like that of red delicious apples when brewed properly.

We hope it serves as a reminder to be a good neighbor as that’s all any of us can strive for.

We came up with this blend in the midst of a global pandemic when all we were trying to do was take care of each other by wearing masks and social distancing. It came to us just be Neighborly.

It has stuck with us and so even though we may fail at living this truth from time to time we always strive for it!
