Still thinking about last weekend. . .

The reactions.

Our wings are marinated overnight in our Cajun dry rub, smoked low and slow, then finished at over 500°F for a tender, juicy bite and crisp skin.

No shortcuts. No nonsense. Just a new take on wings.

We’re back at it this weekend.

A bit of a blur—but this weekend meant absolutely everything.

Our grand opening didn’t come without its challenges… but our team showed up and pushed through every moment together.

To everyone who came out — thank you. Your patience, your encouragement, and your support did not go unnoticed. You gave us grace when we needed it most.

What we felt all weekend was bigger than just an opening. It was community. It was belief. It was the start of something special.

Hi Racine — we’re T-BIRDS.

We may be new to the neighborhood, but this isn’t new to us. We’ve been building this from our trailer since 2024—one customer, one wing at a time.

And what we’re serving…
It’s different.

Not chicken.
Not fried.
All flats. Always.
Slow-cooked, smoked, and finished to a crisp!

This is our take on what a wing can be.

We’re proud to be locally owned and part of Downtown Racine—and we’re here to do this the right way for the long run.

Now we finally get to open our doors.
