Come with us to check out the BRAND NEW Sendik’s on Silver Spring in Whitefish Bay, just east of Bayshore Mall! 🛒👀
This isn’t your average grocery store! This new location is part of a massive redevelopment that turned the longtime Whitefish Bay Sendik’s into a nearly 96,000-square-foot, two-level grocery experience. And when we walked in, our first thought was… WOW! 😂
Everything is brand new, super clean, bright, and spacious. There are more than 4,000 new products throughout the store, so you could honestly come in for a few things and leave with a whole cart full of stuff you didn’t know you needed! 😂
And the prepared food selection is SERIOUS. They have a build-your-own salad bar, hot food bar, sushi, pan-Asian food, burrito bar, sandwich station, deli, bakery, coffee shop and more. Basically, if you’re hungry while grocery shopping, you have PLENTY of options! 🌯🍣🥗
We also loved checking out the mezzanine. There’s seating up there where you can actually sit, relax, grab a coffee or something to eat, and take in the view of the store. There are even specialty rooms where you can watch fresh pasta, mozzarella and cakes being made! 👀🧀🍝
And apparently, this location is taking the grocery-store experience even further with live music, community gathering spaces and Tudi’s, their new full-service restaurant upstairs. Talk about turning grocery shopping into an outing!
We don’t normally shop at Sendik’s, so we can’t give you a full comparison to their other locations, but we can say this: we were impressed! We grabbed plenty of goodies, walked around taking in all the sights, and definitely found ourselves saying, “Oh, they have THAT too?” 😂
If you haven’t been yet, this new Sendik’s is definitely worth walking through just to see what they’ve built. Whitefish Bay got themselves a grocery store that feels more like an experience!
