We are so excited for our beloved Milwaukee Brewers are heading to the World Series stage, our pretzel crew is celebrating the best way we know how: with our twist on all of the Brewers logos! ⚾🥨

First up: Barrelman! This beloved character has been part of Milwaukee baseball since the early 1900s. Affectionately nicknamed “Owgust,” he swung, pitched, and ran the bases. He later returned as the major-league team’s logo in the 1970s before the iconic ball-in-glove took over.

🎄Join our team for the holiday season! Milwaukee Pretzel Company is hiring a Seasonal eCommerce Customer Service Representative to help make the holidays a little brighter for our customers.

You’ll answer customer emails and calls, help with orders and delivery questions, and pitch in with packing when needed. We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to help customers during one of our busiest - and most festive - times of year!

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented communicator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer service experience is helpful; familiarity with Shopify and Outlook is a plus.

**Position details**
- $20-22 per hour based on experience
- November 16, 2026–January 6, 2027
- Monday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., plus Sundays, 10 a.m.–12 p.m. (Sunday hours may be worked remotely)
- Additional hours may be needed based on order volume
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for several hours
