Mkay, there was a lot of snow. Now its chilling out. East is open tonight until 8pm and tomorrow we should have regular hours.

That being said, Tomorrow is St. Patty's day!
We open at 5am in Milawaukee (serve at 6am) and 7am in Brookfield. Snag a Lucky Charms Milk Washed Sour or a pour of Kerry Me Home/Patty'o Furnature. It's beasiclaly the best. Come rub elbows with those who need to go to work before you head off to your next space and place to drink a bevvy.

Pro tip. We serve adult beverages at 6am at East and 7am at West, so if, on Tuesday, you find yourself wanting to start of the day with a pot-o-gold, we got you!

Also, this weekend, we will be pouring these beauties all day and night. Sunday at East we will have serving up some hot meat from Noon-4pm. We also have a few tasty cocktails for green pants day. Come and get it because the weather is gonna be really dumb. Get cozy and bring your boots!

One of the other business owners on our stretch of street in the Village of Brookfield, WI is really going through it, to put it mildly. As a small business run by two people, if one of us goes down, it's a BIG deal, not only for the business, but the family, staff, and everyone connected. If you are able to contribute to the gofundme, patronize their business (I recommend the Birria Grilled Cheese), or show up to the fundraiser that would go a long way. Keep fighting Robert! Swing on by West in on Sunday the 15th from 3pm-5pm to sample 5 different wines:

We are hosting a wonderful Som from who will be at our shop to talk about these tasty beverages. We will be offering the wine by the glass as well as by the bottle. You can waltz home with a bottle or enjoy a deeply discounted bottle on site. These Wines will be around for about a month and then we will rotate what we are pouring and have another sampling. Poke or tag someone to drag along and enter in person for a drawing for a bottle of your choice if you come to the event! See you there!

Our house Daiquiri is fine as hell. Smacks of the beach with layers of flavor. Planas & Mantuano Rum//Lime Juice//Lime Oleo Saccharum// Ginger Allspice Bitters

We are not a normal bar. We are a Brewery and Coffee Roastery, but we dang well love our Cocktails and Wine. There have been some classics being slowly added to the menu as we expand our selection. What is added to the menu is carefully crafted with hand selected liquor and ingredients that are complex and approachable. Our house Espresso Martini slaps. Our Margarita? Friggin dank. Seriously. If you have a group of folks and they all enjoy different drinks, we have a veeeeery wide selection for ya.

p.s. We got some wine specials coming out to West this weekend! Sunday at 3pm we are doing a wine tasting. Come and sample a few hand selected bottles from , enjoy a glass or two, and take a bottle home if you please! More info on this coming soon!

Cabernet Cabaret - 6.4% ABV - Dark Saison with Cabernet Grapes - We've been hitting y'all with a slew of new brew recently. We won't apologize for that. This stuff is tasty! It's like beer and wine had a baby. Jammy, yeast forward, with a hint of acidity to round out the chocolate tones on your tongue. Perfect for a little Valentines brew, or really... whenever.

This is also only on tap and may make it's way into cans soon. Come grab a pint or two with your favorite squeeze.

New beer alert!

71st St. - 7.1% ABV - NEIPA w Cashmere Hops - This slappy baby is full of peach flavored dank curiosities. We tried out a new yeast from with some tasty Cashmere and it spit out this brainwashed little baby. Extremely drinkable and full of ripe stonefruit and soft malt. We don't have it in cans, so come drink it on tap!
