At long last, Bittercube and Heirloom Liqueurs are returning to the RAY-borhood!
Join us and the Ray's Wine and Spirits Wauwatosa crew on Wednesday, June 3rd for a cocktail basics and techniques showcase featuring Heirloom Liqueurs and Bittercube Bitters.

Bittercube has long considered mixing cocktails to be very similar to โ€œcookingโ€ with spirits. If the liquor cabinet is our pantry, then we should consider liqueurs and bitters our spice rack.

During this class, you will be presented with a handful of formulas. With these formulas (or cooking ratios) and a better understanding of our โ€œspice rack,โ€ you'll unlock and ease your personal experience of mixing delicious cocktails!

This collaborative, experimental distillate is formulated from two exceptional components: Heirloom Liqueurs signature Espresso Martini blend coffee and the botanical mash derived from Bittercube Chipotle Cacao Bitters.

The result is a truly singular spirit featuring rich base notes and vibrant, citrusy top notes.
It offers a complex profile of cocoa, subtle smoke, and savory depth - without the presence of sugar or chili heat.

Inherently versatile, Chipotle Cacao Botanical Spirit is a great selection for a diverse range of cocktails.
Excellent in Gin classics like the Gimlet, Negroni, Last Word, and 20th Century - and highly compatible with smoky spirits like Mezcal and Scotch - functioning as a smoky and rich modifier.

Key botanicals include: Arabica and robusta coffee, cacao nibs, fenugreek, bitter orange, pasilla negra, cascabel, aji panca, chipotle morita, aleppo, urfa biber, juniper, and oregano.
