It is salad weather! The June Special is a throw back; the Kung POW! Salad. With Shredded Sweet Peppers, Zucchini, Carrots, Scallions with Crushed Peanuts, Crispy Red Peppers over Mixed Greens with a Mildly Chili Spiced Peanut Sesame Dressing.

Hey, guess what? Apparently there is no Bob's Burger called "Kimchi If You Can" Looks like I might have mistaken a fan homage (apologies to original creator)

Names I could have used instead
"The Unbreakable Kimchi Schmidt"
"Mur*er, Kimchi Wrote"

Regardless, the burger would have remained the same
Patty glazed in Bulgogi Sauce, Gochujang Pork Belly, Pepperjack Cheese, Kimchi, Ssamjang, Lettuce, Mayo on a Toasted Pub Bun.

Our May Specials are in full swing! But after only one month of keeping Specials up for the whole time, I'm starting to feel like there might still be room for extra limited edition pop up Specials. This format doesn't fulfill my need for creative novelty.

Transitioning from April into May Specials is going to be a touch bumpy, as I lost some momentum due to my eye issue earlier this week.

Today the April Specials are still available and throughout the day I will add each new Special to online as I finish making them.

There will be a Bob's Burger "Kimchi If You Can" a Korean BBQ inspired Burger with Beef Patty Glazed with Bulgogi Sauce, Gochujang Pork Belly, Pepperjack Cheese, Kimchi, Ssamjang, Lettuce and Mayo

A Venison Burger with Tillamook Extra Sharp White Cheddar, Cherry Relish, Peppered Bacon, Lettuce, Herb Mayo

A Spring Market Salad, an evolving Salad as we head back into the season. It will start with a base of shaved Local Radishes and Snap Peas over Mixed Baby Greens with Real Sheep's Milk Feta and and Herb Vinaigrette and then will add other veggies in that I find. Asparagus? Salad Turnips? I dunno.

Then we will have the Lemon Squares for the treat
