It is the same location that the business began in over 50 years ago. In 1961, Dan and Yvonne Henderson purchased a cold storage locker facility. They spent their lives together developing it into the well-known wholesale meat business that it is today. In 2021, Mineola Packing Company is still owned by Mrs.H, as her employees call her, and is run by her son-in-law, Jim, and her granddaughters, Je

nnifer and Jackie. Our business and our family is still committed to providing the same quality meat product that they were 50 years ago. Our mission is to make quality protein products available to all people. Customers can visit us at our location in Mineola to purchase products at our retail counter, or they can have their own livestock slaughtered for consumption or resale. Our family is working to provide quality products to your family, whether you're cooking at home or sitting down at a restaurant to eat. Mineola Packing Co. is a USDA inspected facility. A federal inspector is on site at all times, ensuring the quality and safety of all of our products.
