Nine Meals Farm & Forge, LLC 9 Meals is dedicated to providing the highest quality organic produce to individuals seeking highly nutritional food that is GMO and chemical free.

We grow a good variety of produce, most of which is heirloom. Pesticide, chemical fertilizers, and GMO varieties are not welcome in our garden beds. It is our goal to deliver on high nutrition food that you don't have to worry if it has residues or altered genetics. An added bonus is that we grow mostly heirloom varieties. This means that if say you love a certain tomato by all means save the seed

s and grow your own. Perhaps that isn't very good for business, however we enjoy spreading these old varieties around to be passed down and so forth.

Been a while since I’ve posted anything. Winter greens are coming along slowly. I’m predicting having arugula late February. The bok choy are volunteers that came up in the outside garden that I transplanted and are almost there. Lettuce, radish, and spinach also all have their secondary leaves and are on their way. Nothing will beat the arugula as it is the king of winter greens as far as growth.

The produce stand is loaded up and ready for some visitors. Cherry tomato, romaine lettuce, butterhead lettuce, peppers, zucchini, cucumbers, kohlrabi, & patty pan. Feel like making a salad for your cookout stop by and pick some up while it’s fresh.

I have some investigators checking out the new real estate less than a day after hanging. This is a good sign. I think we are going to have a good swarm year.

Winter greens gone and getting ready for the main season. A few strawberries that creeped into the tunnel were in bloom already and an artichoke starting. I will not be attending farmers markets this year but will be selling at my stand or take custom orders. I will post as things come ready. I hope to return to the market some day in the future.

Wednesdays Special- Another new one!!
Fried chicken breast, Black Pepper Mayo,Pepper Jack Cheese, Our Homemade Pickles, Arugula, and a mustard sauce sprinkled with sugar and torched, like creme brûlée!! On thick sliced bread on the grill!!! (The picture shows lettuce, I’m getting arugula from Nine Meals Farm & Forge, LLC)

Soup- Creamy Mushroom, (sorry I got it wrong today😞)

Dessert- Chocolate Cherry Bread Pudding (I don’t have pictures yet!)
