Meet Brian, our August S&F Spotlight👨‍🍳

Brian is one of Staple and Fancy’s owners. He does an amazing job supporting the store and team in any way that he can. Brian handles behind-the-scenes tasks and keeps operations running smoothly. He is always giving it his all to help make S&F the amazing place that it is. Of course, we cannot forget to mention that Brian is our very talented baker. He makes fresh focaccia and sourdough loaves each week.

A2 Product Highlight🐮

Did you know that we have a selection of A2 dairy products? From milks and creamer to cheeses and yogurt, we even have A2 ice cream options.

What are A2 dairy products?

A2 dairy products only contain A2 protein versus regular products that contain both A1 and A2 proteins. Guernsey, Jersey, and Brown Swiss are the most commonly used cows for A2 dairy.

Benefits to A2 products:

A2 dairy is ideal for those who experience discomfort from regular products that contains both A1 and A2 proteins. A2 dairy still contains essential vitamins and key minerals.

Braedon is one of our provisioners here at S&F, and we are so lucky to have him as a member of our team. We wanted to highlight Braedon because he has an amazing work ethic and takes great pride in his work. He’s always willing to help wherever he is needed and does a phenomenal job no matter the task.
