You’ve been to Norris Penrose… but did you know?

Robert C. Norris β€” a Colorado rancher tied to the legacy of these grounds β€” became one of the original Marlboro Men in the 1950s.

The iconic cowboy on horseback?
That was him.

Here’s the wild part…

He never smoked.

Marlboro wanted an authentic Western rancher β€” and Bob Norris was the real deal. No script needed.

From ranchland roots to national advertising icon…
The Norris name carries more history than most people realize.

Legacy lives here.
