Alot of people ask these questions when they see one of our posts. So here's a little bit about Meredith Farm LOCAL Food CSA...
First and foremost we are a farming family, from Louisa County, Virginia. We are committed to producing and providing quality food products to our customers directly from farms in their "back yard". We raise Grass Fed Beef Pasture Raised Pork, Chicken and Eggs as well as Vegetables. We also work with other local farms directly, as well as The Local Food Hub to meet our customers needs, year round. Our customers pay for 4 weeks at a time (we offer discounts for longer term commitments) and we deliver to their doorsteps every week. Customers are able to skip weeks when necessary without losing what they've paid for. We offer convenient online payment options. We have designed several plans to meet you and your family's needs whether you're single or just starting a family or if you've got a whole car load of kids (like us!). HERE ARE THE PLANS WE OFFER (you pick what items you receive each week)...
VEGGIE ONLY- $35 per wk./ $140 per 4 wks Includes 6 orders of veggies weekly
SMALL FAMILY- $55 per wk./$220 per 4 wks. Includes 3 proteins, 4 veggies, 1dz. Eggs weekly
GROWING FAMILY- $80 per wk./$320 per 4 wks. Includes 5 proteins, 6 veggies, 1dz Eggs weekly
Customers can add on anything they want every week too (locally roasted coffees, baked goods, Apple Cider, Honey etc.) ALL LOCAL ALL THE TIME.
By joining this program you directly support your local farming neighbors. You can be assured that the food you receive is as fresh as it gets and was produced within an hour or two of your home. Plus your actual farmer brings it to your door every week.
