❤️🥹THANK YOU really doesn’t seem like enough tonight! Lots of tears cried as our community came together like it always does so we could help Bridget’s family out today. We appreciate everyone’s patience & helping us show love for this family. Our little community has suffered a great loss & we wish this was something we never needed to do in the 1st place, but so very thankful for every person who walked thru our door today.

And we can’t forget to give a shoutout to our TKZ crew as well. It took lots of hands today and everyone showed up ready to work!

Minerva was one of the best stories in the area in 2025. The Lions took a big leap forward and went 5-5 under Zach Slates in his first year. That was the most wins in a season since 2013 (6-5). ... Minerva will face some challenges this season. The Lions lost nearly the entire offensive line, but Isiah Willison is a tremendous returning starter to build around. Timmy Kirkpatrick should find ways to gain yards and put up numbers offensively. Kirkpatrick broke out as a sophomore and should be stronger this season after a year in the offseason weight program. ... Getting athletes such as Almasy and Tarbet from other sports is another promising sign. Attracting athletes from other sports and maintaining numbers from the middle school program is a point of emphasis as the Lions focus on continued growth. ... This is a young team overall that may take some time to find its way, but expect Slates to maximize the potential of this group.

There are soooo many things that just punch you in the gut as a small business owner, especially in a small town. Nothing compares to something as tragic as this.

Bridget was a fiercely loyal member of our community & to say she will be missed is a complete understatement. We’ve had so many heartfelt conversations over the years. She wanted nothing but success for every single business in town including all the vendors she gave a space to within her shop. Although her passion ran deep for her business and community nothing meant more to her than her family. She will be deeply missed! 💔 Please show compassion to her family & our community during this extremely difficult time.

🍎 We happened to be in the right place at the right time yesterday. Our friends at Manfull Orchard had a batch of their freshly pressed cider ready to go. So why not start our cider drinks now.
