Well it's starting to flurry and around 12 inches of snow is expected by this time tomorrow. What's the best thing to do? Bring all of your equipment in to the outdoor kitchen and cook some bbq! We're catering a small private party for the Finnish Bistro in St Paul, MN. Provding 21lbs brisket, 12 kielbasa sausages, 42 chicken legs, 12 chicken thighs, 7 racks of ribs and 13 lb pork butt. And for sides, a hotel pan of baked beans, a hotel pan of Cole slaw, half pan of mac and cheese and 48 corn bread muffins. I hope they enjoy thier feast!.
