The BBQ trailer just got an upgrade! Can't wait to test the new ThermoWorks Nano against our original and Thermapen One thermometers.

When it comes to competition these thermometers are in everyone's trailer.

The new Chili Seasoning wasn't the only new product that dropped yesterday - excited to give the new Heath Riles BBQ Cajun Creole Turkey Brine a shot. After smelling it I can tell it definitely going to amp up our Thanksgiving day meal.

New product launch - absolutely loving this new chili seasoning by Heath Riles BBQ With the temps getting down to the 40s here the timing is perfect!

This batch was a "Midwest no bean" meaning only 3 cans of beans to 4.5 pounds of meat! As close as you get to "no bean" in the Midwest.

Had a few people reach out today so making a quick post. With busy work schedules we will NOT be attending the American Royal World Series of Barbecue this year. Looking forward to experiencing the new venue through our friends photos/videos online. Good luck to all the teams competing!

Had a great time today at Minnesota Building Trades Ribfest supporting the local trades and Beyond the Yellow Ribbon. Little rain but the cool weather was a nice change from the hot summer. The shortened timelines had us running all day but overall we were pretty happy with what we turned in given the circumstances. We left a few points on the table and ended up just short or our goal. Results out of 34 teams:

8th place chicken 🐔
7th place ribs 🐖

2nd place overall - Reserve Grand Champions.

Congrats to everyone who heard their name called and Brotherhood Brings Quality on the GC.

Thanks to Joe Fowler and the team who put on such an amazing event. Until next year!
