We are so excited to announce our first ever Baker’s Field Flour & Bread subscription program!

This spring and summer, opt into a bi-weekly selection of exclusive specialty breads and treats! Each box will include 1 specialty loaf of bread, 2-4 servings of a rotating pastry, either a bag of flour or granola with an accompanying recipe. Additionally, large box subscribers will receive loaf of a classic BFFB bread. We’ll be offering small (serves 1-2) and large (serves 3-4) sizes.

Pick ups will take place at our facility in Northeast Minneapolis, where you’ll have the chance to talk with one of our bakers! Pick ups will begin May 2nd, and end September 5th - you can choose to opt in for the first half or second half of the season, or both!

We’ve got A LOT of snow coming, Twin Cities, so it’s time to stock up on the ingredients for your favorite comfort foods. French toast, egg in a hole, and grilled cheese are a few of our favorites, and our Pan Brioche and Good Wich of the North are both excellent for any of these dishes. Head to your local co-op before the storm to pick one up!

Einkorn and Emmer flours are on sale on our online store for only $2.50/lb!

AND all orders on the online store over $40 will receive a FREE 4lb bag of Emmer flour!

Einkorn is an ancient wheat organically grown by Luke Peterson of in Madison, MN. This hard to find grain is widely renowned as the earliest known wheat variety cultivated by humans.

Emmer Wheat, also known as Farro, is a grain that has been cultivated by humans for centuries. Our Emmer is also grown organically by . Emmer has a sweet and nutty flavor - we choose to use it in our Pancake and Waffle mix!

Both Einkorn and Emmer are protein flours and are best used in conjunction with other flours. We recommend not exceeding 15% Einkorn or Emmer flours in breads. For pastries and quick breads, they can be used up to 100%.
