Join us this weekend for our 10th Anniversary Party! We'll be open this Sunday, August 23 from 2:00-6:00 pm at FOOD BUILDING (enter through the courtyard off Marshall).

This event is a celebration of 10 years of baking and milling, and all of the partnerships and supporters who have gotten us to this point.

Come by and purchase a Lowry Hill Provisions brat on a Baker's Field bun, grab a drink from the bar run by the team at Diane's Place, and pick up some handcrafted food and beverage products from our FOOD BUILDING neighbors including 3LECHE and Lowry Hill Provisions.

Enter our raffle for a chance to win a FOOD BUILDING Gift Basket ($300 value) or place a bid at our silent auction to win a private baking lesson with our Head Baker and Miller, Patrick Wylie.

Check out our version of the Great Minnesotan Baking Show as local bakers enter a loaf of bread made with Baker's Field Flour!

We'll have a grain and flour sensory table for the kiddos, as well as some Baker's Field themed coloring sheets.

This event is free to attend, RSVP greatly appreciated. We can't wait to see you this weekend! Enter the building through the courtyard off Marshall St. NE.

Our first ever bread, flour and pastry subscription program launches next week! Sign up now for a bi-weekly pickup of exclusive breads, pastries, flour and more.

This CSA-style subscription is available in two sizes, small and large. Sign ups for full and half-season subscriptions close on Sunday, April 29.

Shop fresh, stone-milled fresh flour and seasonal/holiday bakes for pick up in NE Minneapolis.

We are so excited to announce our first ever Baker’s Field Flour & Bread subscription program!

This spring and summer, opt into a bi-weekly selection of exclusive specialty breads and treats! Each box will include 1 specialty loaf of bread, 2-4 servings of a rotating pastry, either a bag of flour or granola with an accompanying recipe. Additionally, large box subscribers will receive loaf of a classic BFFB bread. We’ll be offering small (serves 1-2) and large (serves 3-4) sizes.

Pick ups will take place at our facility in Northeast Minneapolis, where you’ll have the chance to talk with one of our bakers! Pick ups will begin May 2nd, and end September 5th - you can choose to opt in for the first half or second half of the season, or both!

We’ve got A LOT of snow coming, Twin Cities, so it’s time to stock up on the ingredients for your favorite comfort foods. French toast, egg in a hole, and grilled cheese are a few of our favorites, and our Pan Brioche and Good Wich of the North are both excellent for any of these dishes. Head to your local co-op before the storm to pick one up!
