Two years ago, we opened Advellum with one goal. It was to provide our community with great tasting, vegetable focused cuisine. Partnering with Malcolm Yards made that into reality. We had no idea what to expect opening during a pandemic or whether we would make it through to our two-year commitment. With the great support of an amazing team and a loyal community, we were able to make it through.
We have reached the end of our license agreement at Malcolm Yards and will not continue to operate Advellum. It is a bittersweet decision to close, but a necessary one in our path forward of operating in our own space.
We are extremely grateful for the unwavering support from so many of you. To our staff, we are so blessed to have shared this journey with you all, and you have taught us so much about ourselves and why we do what we do. To our guests, we see you every week coming in to support our small but mighty team. Without your trust and belief in us, we would not be able to make the next step in providing you with a full-service experience. We are so very thankful for everyone who has played a role in our journey with Advellum. We have big plans to provide you with more of our great food and will announce what is next soon. So, please stay tuned to our socials for details.
Our last day at Malcolm Yards will be August 20th. We will do our best to provide you with all of the Advellum menu hits, but as life goes, you may see a few twists and turns towards the end. What a beautiful journey it has been with you all.
