Urban Sap Tap Project The project is a collaboration between the Mpls Parks & Rec Board and many volunteers.

The Urban Sap Tap Project teaches Minneapolis residents how to tap their maple trees, and celebrates the return of spring with a communal sap boil & pancake breakfast!
