Try out the “Ruby Rose”
•2oz BĒT Vodka
•2/3oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
•1/2oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
•1/2oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

-Ginger Beer
-Lime wedge to Garnish
