Big Watt was created under the roof of Five Watt Coffee, a thriving neighborhood coffee shop in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Founders Lee Carter, Jason Westplate and Caleb Garn combined their powers and passions as three coffee and beverage industry veterans with similar philosophies.
With a test kitchen at their fingertips and a built-in focus group with Five Watt’s customers, Big Watt was carefully crafted through testing, learning and improving. And through this process, they have taken the innovative and delicious beverages out into the world in a way that’s easy to share and tastes as good and fresh as it does in the coffee shop.
