Happy Pride Month! 🌈 We started the celebration early last week with Lavender Magazine's Summer of Pride Kickoff Party at Orchestra Hall. ⁠

Our colorful bite for the occasion? Salmon Crudo with coconut-tamarind broth, pandan-candied ginger, yuzu and nigella. (See slide 2 to get hungry.)⁠
