1 1/2oz Irish Whiskey
1/2oz Apple Rosemary Shrub
1/2oz Lemon Juice
1/3oz Ginger Syrup or Liqueur
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain into an ice filled glass and top with soda water.

- 2oz of your favorite whiskey (we love )
- 1/3oz Apple Rosemary shrub
- 1/3oz simple syrup or rosemary simple syrup
