Cookies, cookies get yer vegan holigay cookies & more!!
HGH will be at Calvary Church at 39th & Chicago Saturday 12/14 for the local maker’s market! 2-4pm

You can also get some treats at Ethique Nouveau Saturday 12/21 2-4pm.

Everything will be vegan and some will be gluten-free (made in a shared kitchen).

Message me to pre-order or just show up day of!!

Trying some new kitchen experimentations with homemade ricotta. It was very easy to make (so far); just bring a quart of soymilk to a boil, pour into a bowl, cool for a couple minutes, add a few teaspoons of cider vinegar and strain with a cheesecloth. Used the strategy on theplantbasedcookingschool.com. Wasn’t sure if it would work with a sweetened soymilk but looks great to me! I’ll be making cannoli with it this weekend!
