What a whirlwind…

Thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate, raise a glass, explore what’s new, and make the place feel like Bauhaus again.

And now, we get to do the regular part.

We’re open today from 3–10PM. Current hours can be found on our website, Google, and in our Taproom Story Highlight.

Grab a beverage, try something new, find your spot, and hang out for a while. La Troquita del Sur is on-site all week to keep you well fed. 🌮

And yes, we’re working on programming updates.

There’s plenty more coming, and we’ll share the details as they’re ready.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE WE OPEN.

First up: gift cards + beer tokens.

If you still have an existing Bauhaus gift card or beer token, good news: we’ll be honoring both when we reopen through OCTOBER 1. So if you’ve been holding onto one, now’s the time to put it to good use.

Now, the hours.

While we’re reopening a place with more than a decade of history, we’re also opening the doors as a new company, with a newly formed team, and an expanded beverage program. We’re easing into things intentionally, giving ourselves Mondays and Tuesdays to regroup, learn, make improvements, and keep building the experience as we go.

For now:

WEDNESDAY: 3–10PM
THURSDAY: 3–10PM
FRIDAY: 3–11PM
SATURDAY: 12–11PM
SUNDAY: 11AM–7PM
MONDAY + TUESDAY: CLOSED

Before he became Head Brewer, Dan poured pints behind the bar.

Then he worked in packaging.

Then he moved into brewing.

More than 11 years on, he has played a role in shaping almost every aspect of Bauhaus, from the beers you drink to the community that has come together around them. And if you’ve ever gone to Liquid Zoo, you’ll most likely have seen him performing on stage there as bassist for Viva Knievel.

When we started planning Bauhaus’s next chapter, keeping people like Dan here wasn’t just important; it was essential.

We’re bringing together people with deep Bauhaus roots and new voices, building on the foundation so many have helped create over the years.

As we build the new Bauhaus, we want to recognize the many people who have worked behind the bar, in production, sales, design, and countless other roles throughout the years. They helped shape this place, create countless memories, and write an important part of the Bauhaus story and we’re incredibly grateful for all they brought to it.

Now, we’re looking ahead and are thrilled to be building an incredible team to bring new energy to the updated Bauhaus space. Over the past few weeks, we’ve opened applications, and we’ve been overwhelmed with gratitude for everyone who has raised their hand to be part of what comes next.

We were proud to welcome both returning team members and new faces into the application and interview process, and we’re incredibly grateful for the enthusiasm, talent, and heart everyone brought with them. We can’t wait to introduce you to the team who will be welcoming you through our doors.
