Bread & Salt Catering Our goal at Bread & Salt Catering is to offer a range of inspired creations fit for any special gathering or occasion. Elizabeth has a gift for entertaining.

Elizabeth and Paul are a wife and husband team who thrive on the energetic environment of entertaining guests. Paul has over ten years of experience working in some of the Twin Cities top restaurants and hotels. His areas of expertise are Italian and French cuisine and sauce making. He has been responsible for banquet and event cooking at multiple hotels. She has assisted in hosting events for ove

r fifteen years and has also taken on responsibility for the dessert and pastry for our menu. Together, they have decided to plant their flag and show their passion and creativity by starting Bread & Salt.
