She proudly honors the tradition of women making fresh pasta that reflects the season and the region. Now her pasta is available for you to preorder in the online shop which is updated and restocked Wednesdays at noon. Pasta pickups are currently at The Good Acre on Sundays. Cornelius Pasta will be back holiday market tomorrow!
We are bringing back our caramelle filled with Wisconsin cranberries and hidden falls
And for the first time we are offering tortellini en brodo, a Christmas Eve tradition.
Our tortellini features a filling made with mortadella, and our brodo is made with stew hens
Can’t wait to see you all tomorrow!

We are excited to announce that Cornelius Pasta will be back in action Christmas market this Monday! We will be bringing two varieties of fresh pasta for you to choose from. Pictured is our annual caramelle, festively filled with Wisconsin cranberries, farmstead brie, & amaretti. We recommend serving with sage butter. Our pasta dough is made with local organic eggs and fresh milled flour ❤️
The market opens at 10am and there will be lots of other talented artisans, makers, and chefs at the event! See you soon!
