As the first sake brewpub outside of Japan and Minnesota’s only sake brewery— we go all out, as this day also signifies our SEVENTEENTH Anniversary!

Thank you to for hosting our Employee Appreciation Day! The studio is beautiful and was the perfect space for our team to connect and create. Jason taught us how to make our own sake cups (we’re using that term loosely 😅) and soon we’ll have them back after glazing and firing.

Of course the party needed to be accompanied by sake, so an additional thanks goes to the team at for curating and acquiring a fantastic portfolio for us to choose from for our special day!

We’re back and ready to serve, so come on in for some delicious sake and ramen! 🍜 🍶
