I was invited out to catch soft opening in NE. The shrimp tempura taco was damn good. The birria egg rolls were awesome with the super flavorful birria dipping sauce. They are using masa from so you know it’s going to be good! That old fashioned was SUPREME! And the house made tapache vermouth? 🤌🤌🤌

I recently had a small celebration dinner and we balled out. When I say this is the best pasta I’ve had in recent memory, I mean it. is firing on all cylinders going 110 mph all the way to Flavortown!

The favorites were:
-Doppio: sunchoke, ricotta, honey, hazelnuts, rosemary (such complimenting flavors and textures).
-Strozzapreti: blue crab, sweet corn, jalapeño, old bay breadcrumbs (the corn and crab combo was so fresh).
-Saffron Orecchiette: lamb sausage ragu, broccoli rabe, cumin yogurt (think amazing lamb tacos).
-Spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka: fennel sausage, parmigiano, basil (I know there are serious rigatoni contended around d but this one’s a knock out).
-🍕🌮🥩🌭🍜🍤🌽🍔- -🥃🍷🥂🍻🍹🍸🍾🍶-

is a fun little bar. Great bartenders and some delicious snacks. Ya gotta try the corn dogs made with hot dog, truffle gouda fondue, honey, thyme, and dijon. Coconut shrimp was awesome too!

Had a little land, air, and sea tonight. in Linden Hills is a real gem. The fish was amazing, top three in the area ( and want to chat as well). The buffalo chicken was real good too, tangy, spicy, creamy, crunchy. The burger was okay, I’d get it with less sauce condiments.

Then I see some expensive roasted chicken on the menu at $5.50 a drum stick. Curiosity piqued and no mistake was made. It was so tender and juicy. I’ll be back for a fish sandwich and some more roasted chicken!
