Fun weekend for Mister Dister. Friday is sample day at Ace Hardware in Bagley from 11-3. Stop by and pickup your grilling supplies and say hi. Saturday and Sunday is the Watermark Art in the Park in Bemidji. One of the best Art events in the state. I will have all 9 sauces and 8 rubs to sample. The added bonus is the hopefully the Air Quality Index is below 1120.

So the first show of the year is in Detroit Lakes. The question is how many parts of the display did we forget. We are at 5 and counting. So the event starts at 10 this morning and goes until 7 tonight tomorrow is 10-5. New this year is the official release of the Maple Rum BBQ sauce which exactly as it sounds. Maple Syrup as the sweetener and Rum as the flavor enhancer. Also kind of new is the reformulated Habanero Dry Rub. Coarse grain on most ingredients and it’s really good.
