Danny, or Chef Dan, is a retired lawyer who finds joy in sharing healthy and delicious meals with the people he loves. Through their shared love of cooking, he and his daughter Ella, bonded in the kitchen as he passed down his grilling expertise, tips for successful flavor pairings, and famous pancake recipe! Together, they founded Happy Carnivore so that your kitchen can also have the love (and flavor) of Chef Dan’s meals!
