JT Mega celebrated 50 years with brown butter popcorn, cotton candy from Northern Lights Confections, fried pickles, pretzels with the fixings, a Spin to Win dessert bar, and guests who didn’t let the weather get in the way. We loved getting to help bring this big top celebration to life! 🎡

Meet Nicole, the apple farmer (Nicole Pappas Stanoch) who helped transform our parking lot into a thriving urban garden. Since 2021, she’s applied regenerative farming practices to grow herbs, edible flowers, and garnish just steps from our kitchen while creating a healthier home for bees and butterflies. 🦋
