Ghosts of weddings past 👻

This catering mishap has haunted one of our very first servers for over 20 years, and last month, it made its way onstage at The Moth StorySLAM at The Parkway Theater.

Craig and Lori took their wedding back to the 1920s with a luxury dining car theme, and we had so much fun with the menu. 🚂

A seafood bar featuring fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail, and Bester Caviar, displayed on a custom ice train car by Minnesota Ice. From there, guests enjoyed a five-course dinner featuring fruit cocktail, chilled tomato consommé, broiled sea bass, beef tenderloin with pommes duchesse, and plenty of sweet treats to finish. Not to mention the many delicious bites sprinkled throughout.

Definitely one for the books! 🍤🦪🧊

The first signs of fall are finding their way onto our menus. As the growing season shifts, so does what lands on the table. We build our menus around what’s fresh and in season, and fall brings back some of our favorite ingredients. Apples, squash, cranberries, and hardy herbs are just the beginning. 🍎🎃🍂

Each of these menu books was handmade by our Event Design team, created specifically for this table and carefully crafted from start to finish. Because luxury can be both one-of-a-kind AND thoughtful about its impact.

Not pictured: our Facilities Manager, Vinny, 3D-printing custom stencils with food-safe, sustainable materials for the butter board name tags. A beautiful event is always an all-team effort. 🫶🏻
