What a wild time! 🏒✨

The Sota Fountain recently had the opportunity to serve the Minnesota Wild staff - and we loved every minute of it.

There’s something special about creating a fun experience for the people who work behind the scenes to bring Minnesota hockey to life. Thank you, Minnesota Wild, for inviting us!

Planning a staff celebration, company gathering, or team event? We’d love to help make it memorable.

Reasons to have a sundae:

It’s your birthday.
It’s someone else’s birthday.
You remembered your reusable bags.
You would like a sundae.

That last one is all the paperwork we need. 🍦😉

Reading stephopitz’s Twin Citian feature in the October Mpls.St.Paul Magazine with a big grin on my face.

If you love books in the Twin Cities, Steph has probably shaped what’s on your nightstand without you knowing it. She also has excellent taste in ice cream, apparently. 🥹 Seeing the truck in her answers was already the best surprise, and getting drawn by Eric Hanson is the sprinkles on top. Thank you Steph!

Go grab a copy, it’s a great read.

The Nob Hill Hardware Partner Appreciation Event in Chanhassen had a guest list straight out of a movie: Scooby-Doo 🐾(who I got to feed a Sota Fountain Pup Cup!), TWO Batmobiles, the ACTUAL DeLorean from Back to the Future, and Austin Powers’ car, Shaguar. 🕺🏼

Add in sasquatch sandwiches and Grampa Steve’s Kettle Corn and it made for such an incredible night

Thank you to everyone who came through the line.

Want us at your next event? Fill out the inquiry form in our bio.

Gertens Greenhouse knows a thing or two about helping things grow, and that includes taking care of the people behind it all. 🌿

We had so much fun pulling up to Gertens Garden Center to serve ice cream for their employee appreciation event! Mango Vanilla twist with chocolate sauce was a hit!

Employee appreciation events have been a popular one for the truck this year, and I can see why. It’s such a simple and fun way to give everyone a little break during the workday and let them know their hard work is noticed.

Thank you to Gertens for having us! If you’re looking for a fun way to celebrate your own team, I’d love to bring the truck by. 🍦

Pup appreciation post! You have no idea how happy it makes us to see your dog come through the line. And Pup Cups are always on the menu! 🐾

Coming back to your alma mater is sweet. Coming back to your alma mater to serve ice cream? Even sweeter. This was all too fun for me!

I graduated from Wayzata in 2000 and still call it the “new high school”—even though it opened back in 1997! Once a Trojan, always a Trojan. 💙💛

The making of the Gold Rush.

This is one of the newest sundaes on the truck and we love to make it — peanut butter and salted caramel sauces, waffle cone crunch, whipped cream and a finishing touch of edible gold glitter.

Tell me your dream combo in the comments and I might build it next.

New Student Orientation at St. Catherine University this year meant we got to help welcome in a whole new class of Katies! 💜

250 students came through for sundaes, floats, and soft serve. Watching that first-day nervous energy turn into everyone laughing in line was just the kind of welcome I was hoping they’d have. Welcome to St. Kate’s class of 2030! It was so fun to see you enter this exciting new chapter.
