Hi, my name is KC, and my mother cooked home made sauce that was a bit sweet, complex, spicy, and went on a variety of Korean dishes. Once I moved to Minnesota I felt a bit empty and I didn’t know why. I soon realized, it was because I missed my mom’s home-cooked meals, and Korean food in general. That is how I came up with K-Mama, (KC’s mama or Korean mama) because of the need to add soul to my m

eals. From Italian, Chinese, Mexican, Vietnamese, American, this sauce goes on all foods and the basics like sandwiches and chips as well. We have the privilege of having over 30 different ethnic groups try out the sauce, and they all love it.

🍳 Gyeran-ppang – warm egg bread that’s soft, savory, and slightly sweet
🐟 Bungeoppang – fish-shaped pastry, often filled with sweet red bean or custard
🍙 Kimbap – rice, veggies, and fillings rolled in seaweed

We took what we love about Texas-style BBQ, added gochujang, and made it K-Mama.

Ribs are what we would recommend starting. But truly, you can throw it on chicken, pork chops, burgers, you name it.
