A transplant from Iowa, Thaddaeus has spent over 15 years working in the food and beverage industry, from small Iowa kitchens to restaurants in Chicago and New York City. Thaddaeus resides Audubon Park, a Northeast neighborhood of Minneapolis. Specializing in Italian, Asian, Latin American Fusion, dish&spoon breathes

new depths and concepts into classic dishes. dish&spoon is dedicated to using the best local, sustainable and organic ingredients that are available in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. With this dedication, it is our mission to go beyond the basic dinner party to a dining experience based in the concept of community.
