Get ready, Twin Cities! Salads & Sides is kicking off our summer events this weekend. We are fully stocked and bringing your favorite fresh, grab-and-go meals to both sides of town.

We are kicking things off right here in our neck of the woods! Come down for the craft fair, touch-a-truck, and live music, and grab a healthy lunch from us.

We are heading across the river to the biggest one-day street festival in the Midwest! Catch the parade, check out the music stages, and fuel your walk down Grand Avenue with our fan-favorite Asian Noodle Salad.

🥗💃 Fueling the Dance Community! 💃🥗

We had an incredible time today serving the coaches of the Minnesota Association of Dance Teams during their Coaches Continuing Education session!

Dance coaches work tirelessly to inspire and lead their athletes, and it was an honor to provide a fresh, healthy lunch to fuel their day of learning and growth. There is nothing we love more than meeting the people who make Minnesota high school sports so special.

Beyond the lunch line, today was a fantastic opportunity to showcase how Salads & Sides can do more than just feed a crowd. We are passionate about partnering with high school and youth sports teams to:
✅ Raise Money: Our partnership programs are designed to help you hit your fundraising goals.
✅ Better Options: Upgrade your concessions with fresh, nutritious choices that athletes and families actually feel good about eating.
✅ Community Support: We believe that healthy fuel leads to better performance—on the court, on the field, or on the dance floor!

🥗🏀 Day 2 at The Barn with Salads & Sides! 🏀🥗
The energy is reaching a fever pitch at Williams Arena today for the MSHSL Boys Basketball State Semifinals! We’ve reached the final four in Classes AAA and AAAA, and the atmosphere is electric. ⚡️

While you’re locked into these heavyweight matchups, make sure to fuel up with something fresh. Salads & Sides is officially on-site near Section 109! Stop by for our fresh, individually packaged salads and sides—the perfect way to stay energized for a double-header.
