🍾Together, the two who have been teaching together for over 15yrs explored the art of pairing — not just what works, but why it works.
From texture to acidity, salt to richness, every bite + sip told a story.

🍴Beyond the pairings, the evening unfolded into conversations around proper service, storage, entertaining with intention + how to confidently build pairings at home.
