We’ve been busy out here on the farm! So have the lambs! We have 55 running around enjoying the Spring weather!

We are so excited to have Trevor Chapple as a Distinguished Volunteer Service Award recipient this year. Trevor is amazing at engaging with every guest at the farm and always comes in smiling. We are so lucky to have so many great volunteers!

Congratulations to all of this year's Distinguished Volunteer Service Award recipients, including our very own Trevor Chapple!

Trevor has been a volunteer since 2021. He volunteers with animal care and programs at Lowry Nature Center. He also helps with programs at Gale Woods Farm, Baker Outdoor Learning Center, and Mississippi Gateway Regional Park.

Trevor strives to make every participant feel included and he is able to meet each and every one where they are at. He has volunteered 866 hours for Three Rivers. Join us congratulating Trevor as a recipient of the Distinguished Volunteer Service Award and in thanking him for all his work in the parks!

It is Spud’s birthday today!! He is 10 years old. We are so lucky to have such a great barn kitty! Wish him happy birthday!

It might be rainy but Saturday is our first Saturday Morning on the Farm! And yes, there are lambs. $6 s person, under 2 years old free. AND! A felting project of either a felted egg or soap scrubby for $4 an item.

Online Rentals & Reservations Blackout Notice
On Wednesday, February 4, we’re launching a new and improved reservation system and registration system to enhance your online experience with a more visual and user-friendly process. Prior to launching our new system, there will be a transition period when online transactions will be unavailable.

From Friday, January 30–Tuesday, February 3, online and over-the-phone transactions will not be available in our current reservation and registration system.

Park visitors will still be able to purchase, reserve and register for the following in-person:
Rental equipment
Day passes
Drop-in programs
Concessions
Merchandise

Downhill skiing, snowboarding and tubing reservations at Elm Creek Winter Recreation Area and Hyland Hills Ski Area will remain available in the current system through the end of the winter season.
