🛻 Devils Lake delivery: Thursday around 11:30 AM (orders close today! I'll take through 8pm)
🏡 Minnewaukan pickup: Friday (orders close tomorrow)
🌾 Grand Forks delivery: Available Sunday (orders also close tomorrow)

I’ve been on a mission to create the perfect sourdough discard chocolate chip cookie: thin, gooey (but fully baked), chocolate-loaded cookies with crisp edges and soft centers. No brown butter. Not thick. Not cakey. Just exactly the kind of cookie I crave.

So I kept testing.

Different ratios. Different chill times. Different fermentation lengths. Batch after batch until I finally landed on a cookie that checked every box.
And now…they’ve evolved into these. 🤎🍪

Introducing our mini Sourdough Chocolate Cookie cups, made with long-fermented sourdough dough for incredible flavor. Rich, chewy, chocolatey, and served in the perfect cup that’s every bit as indulgent as it looks.

Sometimes the recipes that take the longest to perfect become the ones you’re most excited to share.

These will be making their debut next week at the Rockford Market, and I have a feeling they’re going to disappear fast. ✨Perfect to share, or indulge on your own while heading home from the market.

A little sneak peek at our Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bars. 🤎🍪

These start with a buttery vanilla crumb crust, topped with rich and creamy traditional cheesecake, and finished with our signature long fermented sourdough discard cookie dough before being baked to perfection.

This little loaf pan version was made from a bit of extra batter and dough we had on hand, so consider it the “sample size” for quality control purposes. 😉 The bars you’ll find from Auntie Kait’s are a little thicker, and every bit as indulgent and delicious.

Cheesecake. Cookie dough. Sourdough magic. What’s not to love?

We’re keeping the same June menu rolling for one more week! 🩵If you’ve had your eye on something, now’s the perfect time to place an order for Father’s Day weekend.

📍 Minnewaukan pickup (default): Friday, 3-6pm
⏰ Orders due Wednesday

🚗 Devils Lake delivery: I’ll be in town for a meeting Thursday morning and can do deliveries around noon-ish. Orders for Devils Lake must be placed by Tuesday at 3 PM.

🚗 Grand Forks delivery: Sunday evening pickup available. Orders due Wednesday.

When placing your order, Minnewaukan will automatically be the pickup location. If you’d like Devils Lake or Grand Forks delivery, just send me a message after ordering so I can get you on the correct list!

I’ve had a few questions about what exactly these are, so here’s the delicious breakdown:

These rolls start with my classic sourdough sweet roll dough—the same dough used for my cinnamon and caramel rolls. Instead of the traditional filling of butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon, each roll is layered with butter, homemade strawberry jam, and freeze-dried strawberry pieces for an extra burst of strawberry flavor. They’re then rolled up, baked until golden, and finished with a generous layer of cream cheese frosting.

Think of them as the perfect cross between a cinnamon roll and your favorite strawberry dessert. Sweet, tangy, soft, and packed with real strawberry goodness. 🍓✨
