▪︎We're down to just half chickens, leg quarters, & just a few packs of breasts. This will be all of the chicken until never spring when we raise & process more. We also have chicken carcasses available for making broth but you will need to message before Saturday to let me know if youd like some as this isnt something we normally stock in our freezers we bring with us.

So i just wanted to let all of you know that our bacon you have been buying from is is being sold to you LEGALLY! It was accidentally mislabeled by Low Key & they even owned up to the mistake. But it was indeed processed USDA & even has the USDA stamp on it, they just accidentally printed the label out on the "not for sale" label. But it is absolutely USDA processed & labeled as such. All of our pork is processed USDA & is therefore completely LEGAL for us to resale! And to the key board warrior that turned us in to get us in trouble I feel sorry for you that that's all you have to do is try to get honest hardworking people in trouble for something you know nothing about. If any of you have further questions please call Low Key Meat Company and ask for Jennifer & she will answer any of your questions. But we have done nothing wrong or illegal all of our meat, including our chickens that we process ourselves on our farm is all done legally & following state regulations. Pick up here at my house in Minor Hill or can meet at Anthony Hill dollar store, or the Tractor Supply parking lot. Comment or message me you orders. We still have our pasture raised pork..bacon, hot or mild breakfast sausage, ground pork, Italian sausage, pork chops, tenderloin cutlets, & crockpot size Boston butts. And our pasture raised chicken we have half chickens, breasts, & leg quarters.

Yall come out the Pulaski Farmers Market on the Square this Saturday morning from 6am until noon. We have new pork products...pork chops, tenderloin cutlets, crockpot Boston butts, bacon, & a restock of our mild breakfast sausage. We will also have our chicken cuts available too. All of our animals are raised on pasture & non gmo feed. Sausage is made without nitrates & nitrites. We also have Italian sausage & plain ground pork as well.
