This weekend is not about being out of school for the summer, having the sun shine, or drinks.

While we are happy those things are here and available to us; we shall never forget those who made sure we continue to enjoy them at the expense of them not.

So while you’re grilling, toasting, and enjoying the weather, pause for a moment for those who can’t.

As we descend into the final craziness of the holiday season, I want to take a moment to thank you for all the love and support over the years.

While things don’t often go according to plan, for either better or worse; it’s all experience of living life to the fullest.

Just because the days & nights of Saul’s are behind us; I haven’t stopped dreaming of drinks with the holiday season in mind.

I am pleased to announce a limited run of Maple Rosemary Spiced Old Fashioned Syrup will be available this weekend at Saul’s Spirits.

This is perhaps one of my favorite Old Fashioned recipes from years gone by; which never quite made it to the cocktail menus.

If you’d like to pre-order syrup or pre-packaged cocktails, the link will be in the comments.
Pickup will be Saturday (12/21) 2pm to 3pm-ish.

Additionally, for those pining for Miracle on 10th, I’ve put the mixtape together on a Spotify list, just for you and your gatherings.

So as 2024 comes to a close; remember those here and gone, memories of years past, and toast to a brighter 2025. Also, drink the good stuff, we said it’s ok…tomorrow is never guaranteed.

We were honored to help two folks celebrate their marriage this weekend.

We surprised them with a little extra we’ve been working on to garnish all the mixed drinks and cocktails we served.

After 1,500ish failed pieces, we perfected the art of gummify-ing cocktails.

These are Saul’s Old Fashioned turned into gummy candy.

House made with our proprietary bitter blend, signature mix of bourbon, pure sugar, gelatin, and a little magic.

We’ll take orders for custom orders for your sweetheart or friend…details coming soon!
