Good morning, El Encuentro Dominicano family!

Happy Friday! The weekend is knocking on the door, and we have just the thing to help you celebrate making it through the week.
Today we'll be parked at Pour Farm from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM, serving up the Dominican flavors that keep people coming back for "just one more bite."
What's on the menu?
Empanadas
Yaroas loaded with flavor.
Chimis that deserve their own fan club.
Pepper steak sandwiches. Chicken sandwiches.
Juicy fried wings.
And because you've been asking... yes, mofongo is making an appearance today! We'll have sides of mofongo available while supplies last.

So skip the boring lunch. Ignore that sad sandwich in the fridge. Come grab something that will have you talking about it all weekend.

Hey everyone!
Guess what? We're hitting the road today and bringing the flavor with us!
First stop: Minot State University we'll be parked across from the Dome from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Then, if everything goes according to plan (and the chimis don't disappear too fast), we'll roll over to Port Farm from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
Come hungry and come say hi! We've got: Chimis Dominican street food favorites. And plenty of deliciousness waiting for you!

We are finally open on Saturday!

For everyone who has been asking us to open on Saturdays—today is your day!

Come see us at the Fairgrounds, in the Flickertail parking lot, as we proudly participate in the 2026 Midwest Season Opener Event from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Come hungry! There will be a great variety of food and beverage trucks to choose from, offering something for everyone.

A few of us are already here and excited to serve you. Bring your family, bring your friends, and come enjoy a great day with us!

In the middle of all the excitement and craziness during Bike Night at The Pour Farm last night, we attempted to make a video to draw the winners of our Food Truck Gift Card Giveaway!
We even recruited the one and only Ms. Ruby as our official drawing assistant!
Unfortunately, in all the fun and commotion, we thought we had hit "record" on the video... but sadly, we did not.
Since the winners had already been drawn, we couldn't exactly do a re-do without causing some giveaway drama!
The good news is that the winners have been selected and notified!
