ND Benefits Enrollment Center We provide assistance to Medicare beneficiaries for enrollment in qualified savings programs through a grant funded through the National Council on Aging.

The North Dakota Benefits Enrollment Center (ND BEC) is a one stop resource center designed to assist Medicare beneficiaries with accessing savings benefits. We guide the consumer through a free benefits assessment to explore and identify options for any savings benefits. ND BEC provides assistance to Medicare beneficiaries for enrollment in qualified savings programs: Medicare Savings Plan; Medic

are Part D Low Income Subsidy Program; SNAP; Heat/utility assistance; Medicaid; Homestead Act property tax relief. The ND BEC is located at the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities (NDCPD) on the campus of Minot State University. This program is funded by the National Council on Aging (NCOA).
